1. 1.Dice chicken into small pieces. 2. 2.Combine chilli powder, cloves, garam masala, ginger, garlic, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, salt and pepper. Coat chicken in the spices. 3. 3.Dice onion and cook in oil and butter until tender, but not brown. 4. 4.Add spice-coated diced chicken and onion and cook gently. 5. 5.When chicken is partially cooked, add bay leaf, tomatoes and the almonds. Continue to cook until mixture has reduced and chicken is tender. Cook slowly. Add a little water if it reduces too quickly. 6. 6.Add yoghurt and cream before serving.
