1. Heat oil in large skillet. 2. Brown crumbled tofu in the oil for 5 minutes. 3. Add 2 cups water and the package of taco seasoning mix. 4. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes on low, stirring occasionally. 5. Spoon into taco shells. 6. Garnish with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, or olives as desired. 7.
