1. Heat oven to 425. 2. Coat a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. 3. Place 4 tortillas on cookie sheet. 4. Sprinkle with half the cheese, then all the corn and bacon. 5. Cover with eggs; top with scallions, the remaining cheese and tortillas. 6. Lightly coat tortillas with nonstick spray. 7. Bake 6 minutes; then turn over and bake 6 minutes more until lightly browned and crisp. 8. Cut in wedges; serve with salsa. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
