Egg Foo Yung With Chinese Brown Sauce


1. Mix all ingredients for sauce in small pan.

2. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.

3. Set aside but keep warm.

4. Beat eggs in large bowl.

5. Add all other ingredients.

6. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil, cook on both sides to brown.

7. Drain well on paper towels.

8. Serve with sauce.
