Egyptian Fish Kebabs


1. KEBAB MARINADE Combine vinegar, salt and pepper, shake well.

2. Marinate fish for at least 1 hour.

3. Thread fish, fruit and vegetables onto skewers, alternating.

4. Brush kebabs with remaining marinade.

5. Place skewers on grill 4 inches above coals. Cook only until edges of fish begin to curl.
