1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Flour an ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Place oil & sugar, eggs & vanilla in large bowl. 4. Mix well. 5. Gradually add flour once cup at a time. 6. Blend in nuts. 7. When dough feels smooth roll dough into small balls. 8. Place small balls on cookie sheet. 9. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 10. Place a walnut piece on top. 11. Bake 10 – 15 minutes.
