Emily'S Mongolian Beef In The Crock Pot


1. Cut meat into bite size pieces.

2. Shake with cornstarch.

3. Let sit for 10 minutes.

4. Fry in oil for 2-4 minutes.

5. Put in crock pot.

6. Mix all other ingredients together and add to crock pot.

7. Cook on low for about 4 hours.

8. Serve over steamed rice.
