1. to make the base put all base ingredients in a food processor and wizz until the mixture forms a ball. 2. roll out and press into the base of a 23cm buttered springfoam tin. 3. bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 mins until just turning golden. 4. meanwhile, for the filling, beat together the eggs and sugar until creamy. 5. fold in the lemon juice and flour. 6. pour this mixture over the crust and bake at 180 degrees C for a further 15 minutes. 7. lower the heat to 150 degrees C and bake for a further 30 mins, until the lemon mix is set. 8. cool and dust with icing sugar. 9. enjoy! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
