1. Mix together flour, sugar and oats. 2. Work in softened butter until mixture is crumbly. 3. Press 1/2 evenly into bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan. 4. Spread evenly with jam. 5. Press remaining mixture over jam, covering completely. 6. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes. 7.
