1. Brown stew meat in pan. Add fajita seasoning mixed in a cup of water and simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens. While meat is cooking, start to scramble eggs in a separate pan. As eggs start to set, add salsa, cheese, peppers, and onion. When meat is done, cut into small pieces or shred and add to egg skillet.
