1. Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. 2. Add elbow macaroni. 3. Add water. 4. Add diced tomatoes including the juices. 5. Add fajita seasoning and stir to combine. 6. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently 7. Reduce heat to a simmer and add frozen peppers and onions or use fresh if desired, use more if you really like fajitas with lots of peppers. 8. Add red pepper flakes at this point if you wish to use it. 9. Simmer for 8 minutes and check that macaroni is cooked, cook for an additional minute or two if needed. 10.
