Falafel (From Dried Chick Peas)


1. Soak garbanzo beans in water overnight.

2. Carefully drain garbanzo beans.

3. Place beans in food processor with other ingredients and pulse until coursely blended.

4. Let sit covered in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

5. Form into balls of 1 Tbs.

6. Fry in deep fryer or deep skillet at 375 degrees until browned on outside (5-6 mins).

7. Remove from oil onto paper towel and sprinkle immediately with salt.
