1. Ferment water, salt, sugar, & yeast for 20 - 30 minutes. 2. Then add garlic powder, & Italian seasonings. 3. In large bowl put in flour and make a well in it. 4. Add melted butter, & liquid mixture. 5. Mix till right consistency, adding in more flour if needed. 6. Mold into ball. 7. Oil bowl and ball; cover with wet towel. 8. Place in warm oven 30 - 40 minutes. 9. Turn dough onto floured surface. 10. Divide ball in half. 11. Cut each portion into 8 pieces. 12. Roll each piece into a 4-6-inch rope. 13. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet in warm oven for 20 minutes. 14. Bake at 350°F for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown. 15.
