1. Heat oil in heavy large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add onion and saute 5 minutes. 3. Add green beans and cayenne pepper and saute until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes. 4. Add potatoes and parsley. 5. Pour tomato paste over vegetables. 6. Bring to boil. 7. Reduce heat. 8. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently, about 45 minutes. 9. Season with salt and pepper. 10. Remove from heat. 11. Serve warm or at room temperature. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
