1. Place 3 clean breasts of chicken in glass dish. 2. Prepare dressing with olive oil (and/or other tasty oils such as walnut oil), vinegar (I recommend Balsamic vinegar), salt & pepper and any other seasoning you may like. 3. Add to dressing 1 squeezed lemon and pour all over chicken. 4. On top of chicken place tomato in slices. 5. On top of tomato place Feta in slices. 6. Cook in oven at 175°C/ 350°F for about 45 minutes to an hour (test yourself). 7. I recommend serving it with pasta noodles. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
