1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. If using meat, pre-fry. 3. Roll out dough into 8" round crusts, spread lightly with enchalada sauce. put in oven for 5-9 mins until sauce appears dry. Remove from oven, recoat with sauce. 4. Add meat if using, then coat with taco seasoning, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper to taste. 5. Mix some taco seasoning into cheese then apply to dough. allow to cook until cheese appears melted through, then finish under broiler with a close eye on it for crisping. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
