1. Cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. 2. Drain; cover to keep warm. 3. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. 4. Drain. 5. Add bell peppers; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until peppers are crisp-tender. 6. Add half-and-half, pesto, salt, pepper and cooked fettuccine. 7.
