1. Melt butter in sauce or skillet pan. 2. Add onions, garlic, nutmeg and sautee until onions are soft. 3. Add heavy cream, stir frequently. 4. Add vanilla, bacon salt & pepper. 5. Let stand on low heat. 6. Add cooked spinach to mixture and stir. 7. Let spinach cook on low heat and absorb mixture. 8.
