1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. Mix first 6 ingredients well. 3. Roll out flat to 1/8" thick, then roll lengthwise into 1/4" rope. 4. Cut in 1" sections. 5. Dip tops in beaten egg white, then sugar and almonds. 6. Place parchment paper on baking sheet before baking the cookies. 7.
