1. Chop onion finely and fry in oil until light golden. 2. Add tomato paste and butter and stew for 5 minutes. 3. Add fish fillets. 4. Pour the broth over the fish. 5. Slice pickles. 6. Add onion, capers, pickles, sliced tomatoes and a bay leaf to the broth. 7. Cook for 10-15 minutes. 8. Before serving, add sour cream, olives and lemon slices.
