1. In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add onion; saute until tender. Add garlic, saute for 2 minutes. 2. Add the wine, heat to boiling. Stir in tomatoes, chopped basil and bay leaf. Simmer over low for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Stir in the cooked pasta and the scallops, fish and shrimp. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes or until fish is tender. 4.
