Flatbread With Za’Atar


1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

2. Brush pita or Lebanese bread with garlic flavoured olive oil and sprinkle generously with za’atar.

3. Warm in the oven for 5 minutes.

4. Cut into wedges and serve with dips or as an accompaniment to a main meal.
