1. Toss in the cucumber, green chilli, ginger and lemon juice in a blender. 2. Blend till smooth. 3. Add buttermilk and chopped mint leaves. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Blend again. 6. Transfer to a serving bowl. 7. Garnish with mint leaves. 8. Serve chilled. 9. Enjoy! 10. Cooking Tip: Make sure the buttermilk is free of lumps. 11.
