1. About 20 minutes before serving, in a 12" skillet, over medium heat, in hot oil and butter (or margarine).

2. Cook fillets 2-3 minutes per side, until fish flakes easily with fork.

3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir tomato sauce, parsley, and oregano; pour over fish in the pan;.

4. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 or 6 minutes, occasionally basting fish with sauce.

5. Serve from the skillet.
