1. Preheat oven to 350°F In a large frying pan, saute ground beef and garlic over medium heat; drain fat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce,corn, parmesan cheese and simmer 10 minutes. 2. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain. Toss with sour cream, cream sheese and green onions. Spoon half of the noodle mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with half the meat mixture. 3. Add the rest of the noodles and top with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
