1. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and keep aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan. 3. Add garlic and stir-fry till the raw smell is gone. 4. Add mushrooms, salt to taste, red wine/sherry and mix well. 5. Cover. 6. Simmer on low flame for 20 minutes till the mushrooms are golden brown. 7. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. 9.
