Four Flavored Shrimp Sushi


1. Combine salted water, wine, onion and ginger.

2. Bring to a boil and add the prawns.

3. Simmer 5-6 minutes or until the prawns are opaque and cooked.

4. Remove the shells, except for a small bit at the end of the tails. Butterfly the prawns and chill.
