1. In a wok or large skillet, heat oil and brown steak for about 5 minutes; remove and set aside. 2. Stir-fry the vegetables: beginning with the carrots first, followed by broccoli, red and yellow peppers, and finally bok choy. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange concentrate, Hoisin, curry paste and ginger. 4. Pour over veggies and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. 5. Return beef to skillet and add oyster sauce; stir-fry for another minute. 6. Don't overcook the veggies! 7. Taste, add salt and pepper if you wish. 8.
