1. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in medium bowl to blend. 2. Add olives, onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Taste, adding more hop pepper sauce if desired. 4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 and up to 8 hours. 5.
