1. In a sauce pot saute the grated onion in 4 ounces of the butter. 2. Cook for 15 minutes. 3. Add the 2 cans of chicken broth. Reduce until it is 1/2 of original amount. 4. Add 1 ounce of Vodka and tomato sauce. 5. Simmer for 15 minutes. 6. Add marjoram and heavy cream. 7. Simmer for 5 minutes. 8.
