Freestyle Kimbab


1. Peel the carrot and boiled it in the water until half-cooked.

2. Cut it into four lenghtwise.

3. Beat egg, add a pinch of salt, fry with a little vegetable oil on frying pan.

4. Cut lenghtwise.

5. Deep fry nuggets or sausage until brown.

6. Put a piece of nori on sushi roller mat.

7. Add rice on it.

8. Press the rice until cover the whole of nori.

9. Put carrot, nuggets or sausages, and egg on one side of nori.

10. Roll the nori to the other side.

11. Press to make it compact.

12. Coat with sesame oil.

13. Cut it with 5mm width.

14. Sprinkle kimbab with sesame seed.

15. It's done!
