French Breakfast Puffs


1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Mix shortening, sugar and egg thoroughly.

3. Sift dry ingredients together and stir in alternately with milk.

4. fill greased muffin tins about 2/3 full.

5. Bake at 375 until golden brown (about 20 minutes).

6. Immediately roll in 6 tablespoons of melted butter then roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
