French Chicken


1. Season chicken breasts and saute 20 minute.

2. Preheat oven to 500.

3. Sauce--- melt butter and add flour stir constantly.

4. Gradually add milk.

5. When smooth add salt and pepper.

6. Let thicken and turn off heat.

7. Place chicken in large covered casserole Set aside.

8. Squeeze shallots and garlic through press into sauce.

9. Add chives and stir throughly.

10. Pour over chicken-- cover and bake 500 deg.

11. for 15 minute.
