1. Combine potatoes, water, bouillon, onion salt, paprika and pepper in a large saucepan. 2. Bring to a bowl and reduce heat. 3. Simmer, covered, for 8 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. 4. Beat with a mixer until smooth. 5. Add milk and soup and mix well. 6. Cook until heated through. 7. Add cheese gradually, stirring over medium heat until melted after each addition. 8.
