1. Set oven to 350 degrees F (bottom rack). 2. In a bowl, beat eggs for about 3 minutes. 3. Add in corn syrup, rind and melted butter; mix to combine. 4. In a small bowl, mix together flour and sugar. 5. Add to the egg mixture; mix to combine well. 6. Pour into unbaked prepared pie shell. 7. Bake for 45-50 minutes. 8. Cool to room temperature, then chill before serving. 9.
