1. Slice onions finely, sautee in butter until tender. 2. Add water, boullion cubes, and Kitchen Bouquet. 3. Simmer 20 minutes, add croutons and serve. 4. To make croutons: Toast bread slices under broiler. 5. Spread with butter, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese. 6.
