French Potato Salad


1. Cook new potatoes in peel, & peel while warm.

2. Cut into bit-size pieces.

3. Toss while warm with onions, salt, pepper, & olive oil.

4. Add vinegar.

5. Toss again & cool at room temperature, NOT in refrigerator.

6. Just before serving, toss again & add parsley & chives.
