French Silk Chocolate Pie


1. CRUST.

2. Sift together flour, sugar, and salt.

3. Mix Milk into Oil.

4. Add Oil/Milk to flour mixture with fork.

5. Press into 9 in pie tin.

6. Bake at 475 deg for 7-10 minutes (or until golden brown).

7. Set aside to cool.

8. FILLING.

9. Melt chocolate chips.

10. Cream butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Beat to fluffy.

11. Add chocolate.

12. Add eggs one at a time.

13. Beat mixture well.

14. Pour into cool pie crust.

15. Cool pie in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until filling is firm.

16. Top pie with layer of Cool Whip.
