French Strawberry Tart


1. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon peel, and lemon juice; mix well and spread in baked shell. Top with berries.

2. Combine cornstarch and water; add preserves.

3. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thick and clear.

4. Remove from heat; add 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

5. Cool to room temperature and pour over berries. Chill until set.
