1. Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a saucepan over a moderate heat and add garlic, capsicum and chicken. 3. Cook until chicken is cooked and golden and capsicum is soft, stirring constantly. 4. Add the tarragon, sour cream and salt and pepper and cook for approximately 2 minutes. 5.
