1. Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. 2. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter, then cinnamon over brown sugar. 3. Place as many pieces of bread in the pan as possible. 4. Mix together eggs, salt, and milk. Beat well. 5. Pour mixture over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight. 6.
