1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. 2. Add Shallots and Garlic; saute until tender, about three or four minutes. 3. Remove from heat; let cool. 4. Add other ingredients. 5. To use, apply to meat; let sit at least 30 minutes to let flavor penetrate. 6.
