French-Canadian Stuffing


1. Peel, cube, boil and drain potatoes.

2. Saute pork and spices, do not drain fat.

3. Add pork mixture to potatoes and mash together, add s&p.

4. Allow to cool before stuffing chicken or turkey.

5. This can also be served as a side dish.

6. Just bake for 30 min.

7. at 350 degrees.
