1. Blanch green beans in hot water, drain. 2. Add green beans to a warmed saute pan which has enough truffle oil and butter (melted) to coat. 3. Saute green beans, coating them with the oil and butter. 4. Add freshly ground pepper and salt and lightly toss beans while sauteeing. 5.
