1. Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar until smooth. 2. Add oil in a thin stream while whisking until mixture is smooth. 3. Refrigerate until ready to use. 4. Cut mozzarella into 1/4-inch slices. 5. Cut tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices. 6. Arrange mozzarella , tomatoes, basil leaves alternately on your platter. 7.
