Fried Cheese Salad


1. Slice cheese into 1/2 inch slices.

2. Saute in 2 tbsp hot olive oil until browned (45 sec per side).

3. Whisk together lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, and 6 tbsp olive oil.

4. Toss with greens.

5. Place slice of cheese on each small plate and cover with greens mixture.

6. Serve immediately.
