1. Mix first four ingredients for the dressing, reserve. 2. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch slices (I cubed mine). 3. Beat eggs with water. 4. Dust cheese in flour, then dip in the egg. 5. Roll cheese in bread crumbs, coating well. 6. * note - the cheese can be prepared this far up to one day ahead. 7. Heat 1/2 inch oil in skillet to about 380°F. 8. Fry cheese quickly until golden on both sides, drain. 9. Drizzle with the dressing. 10. Serve immediately. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
