Fried Chicken Legs


1. Place chicken legs in a dish; put dish in a steamer.

2. Steam for 30 minutes.

3. Cool legs on a rack for 30 minutes.

4. Heat oil in a pot until hot.

5. Deep fry legs until golden brown.

6. Sprinkle salt and ground chinese flower pepper before serving.

7. Serve hot.
