Fried Rice With Chinese Sausage


1. Heat heavy non-stick skillet on medium high heat.

2. Add olive oil and swirl around skillet to make sure the whole surface is coated with oil.

3. Add chopped white part of the onion and brown lightly.

4. Add black pepper.

5. Add chopped onion and cook until transparent.

6. Add frozen peas and carrots and cooked until heated (bright green and orange).

7. Add soy sauce and mix.

8. Add eggs and cook.

9. Add rice and mix thoroughly.

10. Add Chinese Sausage. Cook until hot.

11. Serve. Garnished with slices of hard boiled eggs and green part of onion.

12. Serve.
