1. saute the rice in butter for 20 seconds. 2. add the water and then let the rice to drain the water. 3. whisk the eggs well in a bowl. 4. in a non stick pan put the oil and add the eggs and keep stirring until it's cooked (like scramble eggs}. 5. cut the green onion in small pieces (only the green). 6. For the next step you must leave the rice to cool down. 7. in a large frying pan add the rice after the egg and the green onion. 8.
